Order Modification / Cancellation

MODIFY OR CANCEL ITEMS OR ORDERS

You can modify or cancel items or orders that have not yet processed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by emailing info@garagepartsplus.com. Keep in mind that we strive to process all orders within 24 hours of order placement.

Please be prepared with your Order ID number and the list of items you would like to modify or cancel from your order.

You can view the current status of your order and your Order ID by visiting the My Account page and clicking on the Orders tab. If your order has not yet been processed, the Fulfillment Status will display Awaiting Processing.  

After submitting your order modification or cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the email address on your account. The original payment method will be immediately refunded if necessary. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds take 5-10 days to appear on your statement.

 

You can also confirm that the order was successfully modified or cancelled by visiting the My Account page and navigating to the Orders tab. If your order was successfully cancelled, the Payment Status will display Cancelled.
