Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your garage door parts as soon as possible! That’s why we make every effort to process your order within 24 hours so you can put your garage door to good use sooner. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Deliver By" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by UPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us directly for Alaska, Hawaii or international inquiries. Title to and risk of loss of product passes to you upon delivery of the ordered items to UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, please always provide a physical address.

At this time, all DURA-LIFT torsion spring orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse. This does affect delivery timeliness for East Coast orders, which could take up to 5 business days to deliver once order is shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

Orders can be returned with no questions asked within 30 days of the original order date. Customers will pay for return shipping and their original payment method will be refunded in full once the goods have been returned. All returns should be sent to our California warehouse at the below address:

For orders placed 30 days or more in the past, Garage Parts Plus will reserve the option to approve the return based on the circumstances. There is no guarantee that these requests will be approved.
